It’s that time of the year where we’ve got to be careful about catching the flu.  The flu can spread quickly through many forms of contact, conversation or even surfaces that we touch.

If you encounter anyone who may have symptoms like: headaches, fatigue, a runny, stuffy nose, a sore throat, chest discomfort and coughing, or even a high fever that has lasted 3–4 days, they may have the flu.

Be cautious, careful, and ensure good hygiene.  It’s the only defence you have if you have not yet received your flu vaccine.
